How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
15 right now I am focusing on endurance and trying to get toned and lose body fat
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Not alot about as long as it takes me to get to the next exercise. I am doing a circut style training right now

I have a slight tear in my upper oblique so i cant lift for a few weeks so i guess ill focus on running or biking.
