I like to be held accountable...if I say I am going to bust it in front of someone then if I cheat in front of them I feel as if I have failed and I don't like to feel like that:)

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
it is 85% diet 15% workout and the older you get the harder it is but you also have a greater return...I think that a ripped 40 year old looks much better than a ripped 20 year old call it what you wi...more
