How I Started:
I started working out when I was 17 and have been pretty active ever since. I am ready to take it to the next level and see what my body can do with proper diet and intense exercise.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a hard workout. It just makes my day better.

Goal (Long):
I would like to lower my body fat and re define my body. I am turning 30 this year and would like to look the best that I ever have. Only 2 more days til the big 30!!! I am on it!!!!

I like to be held accountable...if I say I am going to bust it in front of someone then if I cheat in front of them I feel as if I have failed and I don't like to feel like that:)

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

That is what I heard about RPM.
I have been creating my own stack with 3g of Chocamine, LeanXtreme (or 20mg Forskolin), 250mg raspberry ketones, 500mg PEA, & 1g green tea extract twice a day.
