How I Started:
I've been working out since the age of 14. A (bodybuilder) friend of mine introduced me to the sport.~Thank you Robert~ He took me to my first bodybuilding show where Lou Ferigno was the Guest Poser (1983). This is when I knew, fitness (working out) was my calling. I was really shy at the time, but knew that I would one day be up there on stage competing.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, Inside and out. (Mentally, Physically, and spiritually). It gives me confidence, relieves stress, and gives me the ability to challenge myself each and every day to reach new levels of performance ~Creating the body I deserve~
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing there is always something more I can get out of it, working towards an extraordinary physique. You will never reach a plateu as long as you challenge yourself all the time. Watching other Figure competitors out there and what they've achieved (PRO's), gives me more drive. I know that I can be up there with the best of them. I just have to keep focused on my goals every day and it is sure to happen. My Favorite Figure/Fitness/Bodybuilding competitiors:Gina Aliotti,Monica Brandt-Peckham,Pauline Nordin,Gladys Portuguese,Rachel McLish,Flex Wheeler.(Just to name a few).I Dedicate myself to the power of CANI "Constant and Never Ending Improvement".
