Friends that I met in college worked out a lot and I started to go with them when they went to the gym working out and got hooked on it from that point on.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me in great shape. Fun to see how much I can lift, and how many reps I can do at one time with a certain weight. I like the physique that it gives me...
How I Stay Motivated:
Music that I listen to keeps me motivated.. Also the goals that i have set for myself for that day, month as well..
BB Accomplishments:
Getting a more cut body that shows my physique for what it is by losing the fat around the muscle.

Below is what you Need:
35lb Dumbbell or a 35lb Kettleball
Two 45lb free weights
One Bench Press Bar weighing 45lbs.
An item that you can jump on constantly that stays staionary and secure 24 inches about theground.
A pullup bar or somewhere where you can do pullsups
