haha less back pain defintely helps, and I want to set a good example for my children phisically and diet wise

I think it just makes me feel good to know that I am taking care of myself the way it should be done!

It has been a journey so far. No real weight loss to speak of, however my clothes definately are looser and I am getting stronger! I was so excited today when I went to the gym and I am getting so much closer to being able to do a pull-up! And, I am starting to see some muscle in my legs that...

It's my pleasure to offer support to someone like yourself who I believe deserves it. I know we can all use positive comments to help fuel the fire of fitness that burns within us. Fitness is like a marathon rather than a sprint, but one of the great things about it is that after a short while the benefits start showing themselves and provide extra motivation, to keep us pushing forward. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they sit on the couch and don't even try, but you are different, you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. Keep up the great work.
