Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Jennifer (Little Baby Wife)
Sex:
Female
Age:
35
Location:
Texas, United States
Occupation:
Fitness Coach and Model, Happily Married, Mother of 2.
I've worked out my entire life. Fitness has always been important to me. I was a gymnast, dancer, and a cheerleader. More recently though, it was a chance to chase my modeling dreams and so far it's working ;)
Why I Love It:
Working out is great therapy. I love how it makes me feel during and after. I like the challenge and the competition with myself and others. Plus, being able to wear anything or nothing, is a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's a lifestyle. My husband works out with me and sometimes my kids too. I read Oxygen Women's Fitness Mag and follow competitions. Monica, Jen, and Jenny Lynn are just a few of my mentors.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm ecstatic to look better now than I did when I was 18, and as a mother of a teenager and a pre-teen I could not feel better about myself. I've lost over 20 lbs since July 1, 08 and over 10% bodyfat.

I was eager to regain my "sexiness". I was at about 130 Lbs and 28% bodyfat. My goal was to be healthy, alive and free in my own skin and nothing was going to stop me :)
I'm the largest and most defined then I've ever been. I'm ecstatic with my progress and enjoying the rewards of being healthy and fit.

Goal (Long):
I want to enter my first stage competition this year. Plus, build my presence in the fitness modeling industry. It's a slow start, but you've got to start somewhere. At 35 I want all my friends and family to see what a "HOTMAMA" looks like. I'm proud of my achievements so far and the stars are mine for the taking. I'm lovin my 30's and taking advantage of everything life has to offer, just wished I would have learned that sooner. Additionally, the bonus is my two sons who are learning strong, positive, healthy habits for a healthy life.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Obviously, the healthier and more in shape I am the better woman I am. I'm happier, feel sexier, have more energy, I'm more comfortable in my skin, I can wear what I want to wear (or not wear). All this in turn makes me a better wife and lover to my husband, a better and more involved mother to my kids, and better able to handle all the crap that life can dish out!Obviously, the healthier and more in shape I am the better woman I am. Are you a parent?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
As the mother of two teenagers we are always doing something. I have more energy and want to, to participate in activities with them. They are learning healthy eating habits and great workout habits. Sometimes we workout as a family and have challenges to compete. It's lots of great bonding time and they see how my husband and I are setting good examples for them to follow and they are following well.As the mother of two teenagers we are always doing something.
