I started seeing a grumpy red headed boy who insisted that I work out with him!
Why I Love It:
Keeps me feeling healthy, active, improves my fitness and make me feel accomplished for the day!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that no matter how little I do, its still something and is improving my body even in the tiniest way which is awesome!
Plus I'm just tired of being lazy, and I need to expell all the extra energy I have now!
Plus the thought of KFC when I reach my goals makes me run that little bit harder!!
So we bought a set of electronic scales.
Bad move!! Apparently if these stinky scales are correct I'm actually 2 kilos heavier (63 rather than 61) than I thought which means I was 2 kilos heavier at my original weight (76! rather than 74) - which kind of disgusts me yet also makes me proud that...
AWESOME! sounds great :) Everything here is going pretty good....I'm visiting the in-laws right now and girl let me tell you....there is nothing healthy about their cooking...so it will be interesting to see what the scale says in 2 and a half weeks :( YIKES
O my yes cookies are one of my many weaknesses! Along with fruit snacks O my it's horrible...looks like you've been making good progress though :) you only have one kilo to go! It's kinda funny whenever I eat Doritos now I think of the message you sent me about eating them at work lol.... it actually helps me too!
well i was actually doing NOTHING for a couple weeks and eating whatever I wanted...not cool lol gained four pounds during that time :( I'm just now starting to get back into the swing of things...
Haha! Yeah I get that doritos thing! I am an office manager for an IT training company so the food in our office is icecream machine, chocolates, lolly bowls everywhere, pizza, curries etc...I am perfect all week and then on Friday the pizza full blown attacks me! haha! But I am allowed to have a cheat day. :)
Things were going amazing until I went to my in-laws for the past week...Now I don't feel like working out or anything! It's BAD!!!! I need to get back into it. Not to mention I'm also sick right now so that doesn't help either! How is everything going for you?
