I worked out for years but never gained muscle until I started taking supplements!

 

1 x daily - women's multi-vitamin, biotin, iron, B-complex, and fish oil

 

Pre-workout -  1 scoop of Extreme Edge Pre-Workout supplement (by Bluebonnet) and 1 teaspoon of glutamine

 

Post-workout - 1 scoop of Whey Protein Isolate (also by Bluebonnet) and 1 teaspoon of glutamine.

smalone15 Not a problem this is community I trust :) so for example on my low carb days this is what my diet it: Meal 1: 120g steak handful of macadamias ( glutamine, BCAAS, and fish oil) Meal 2: 100g chicken Meal 3: whey protein shake and 1 scoop greens (glutamine, BCAAs, and fish oil) Meal 4: steak or chicken and 120 g green mixed veggies Meal 5: fish (tilapia) mixed veggies and nonfat Thai dressing Meal 6: protein pancake (150-200 mL egg whites and 1 scoop CNP PRO vanilla protein powder) Dec 25, 2012 8:56pm
