I worked out for years but never gained muscle until I started taking supplements!
1 x daily - women's multi-vitamin, biotin, iron, B-complex, and fish oil
Pre-workout - 1 scoop of Extreme Edge Pre-Workout supplement (by Bluebonnet) and 1 teaspoon of glutamine
Post-workout - 1 scoop of Whey Protein Isolate (also by Bluebonnet) and 1 teaspoon of glutamine.
