Good to hear from you LA,what happened..I've hit a plateau on the weight loss,starting to do more cardio and getting better on my diet,I'm not going to stop,it means to much to me (my life)...
Let's get it bro',no one can hold you back except you...I'm still going strong but as always need to do better on my diet....feelin' better every week and people at the gym are starting to see a change, so I've got some new motivation....so let get it bro' you got the gym at the house....pump some iron!!!!

no i dont man, i stepped on a scale that did it and it said 17% haha i'm gonna get calipers soon though... stick wit your diet man very important in order to get where you wanna be and soon it will become habit and you won't think twice. good luck wit your goal, get jacked
My training is all very sport specific concentrating on tendon strength and fast twitch muscles. I am always experimenting with my workouts based on tournement performance to see what is working and what I need to change. Thank you for your comments.

The supplements help man. If you use better quality ones and gain more muscle mass you will lost weight faster. Just sayin, but hey what do i know right? lol
