mentally tired but I am feeling physically stronger as the weeks pass. Thanks to my bodyspace friends who push me daily.

Not quite ready to move the motivation level yet but did manage to get in a couple of workouts this past week. Progress!

Getting alittle stronger mentally. Have began light workouts at home. Will progress to the gym over time.

Motivation level has been very low. From a physical standpoint i should be in the gym but mentally i am not there.

Just Wanted All My Bodyspace Friends To Know That I Am Cleared To Return To The Gym. Initially Light Workouts But Main Concern Is Cardio.

Still unable to work out. My patience is beginning to wear thin. Will attempt to remain mentally strong as i wait to be cleared.

As a result of some blood work i just completed, my doctor has taken me off weights and cardio for a week.

Had Another Good Week In The Gym. Got In 3 Times This Week. It's All About Cardio.

Been on a cardio kick, i managed to get in the gym 4 times in the past week basically all cardio. I did do weights 1 day. Feeling better.

Need To Work On My Cholesterol, I Have Some Minor Issues. My Good Cholesterol(HDL) Needs To Be Raised. My LDL Is Slightly Elevated.
