I usually do not participate in the open forums but the other day i deciced to.  I became involved in a comparison between two fitness competitors.  I left a response and not thinking used caps on the first letter of each word.  I guess i offended someone who replied do not use caps and...

Hey, glad to hear that things aren't too bad! Training is coming, slowly, but it's coming. Today was weigh in and such. I was glad to see that in a month I lost 5 pounds and lost 7% body fat. I'm hopeful that my 12 week transformation will continue in that fashion:) Keep working towards your goals and keep me updated :)
