Hey, glad to hear that things aren't too bad! Training is coming, slowly, but it's coming. Today was weigh in and such. I was glad to see that in a month I lost 5 pounds and lost 7% body fat. I'm hopeful that my 12 week transformation will continue in that fashion:) Keep working towards your goals and keep me updated :)
