I can't decide what drives me more...seeing toned, tight, healthy people and wanting to be like them or seeing fat, lazy, unhealthy people and not wanting to be like them
My goal is to maintain weight, cut body fat percentage, and enter into first show.
Goal (Long):
I have always been an athlete growing up and when I was out of school I gravitated to more weightroom time. I do enjoy running and have ran in 5Ks and 10Ks, but now the focus has shifted to bodybuilding. I read everything I can get my hands on...especially Muscle and Fitness mag. I consider my fitness knowledge to be better than average. I have always maintained a decent body, diet, and fitness plan...but I'm looking for more. I am ready to leap off of this plateau. For the first time I have seeked help from a trainer/nutritionist and can't wait on the results!
South Beach is best - it's the Art Decco historic district - great beaches, all the restaurants and hotels and clubs are here and everything is within walking distance - it's an area of about 20 blocks by 20 blocks on an island about 3 miles out to see from downtown Miami - it's fun - you'll have a blast. How many people are coming with you?
You can rent bikes when you're here - although it's nice to ride your own bike along the trails in Everglades National Park (hot though!). Are you staying in Miami Beach? I live in South Beach.
Hi - and congratulations! When are you going to be in Miami? My goal is to stay trim but continue to gain muscle mass... when I came to the States in 1993 I only weighed 128lbs... Now I'm about 180...
