How I Started:
well my dad bought me a gym set at 18 that i never used except maybe once a week, hitting weights was not my thing i was only like 145lbs at that time but in due time it became part of my weekly activities.
Why I Love It:
well its a good stress relief for me, but also i enjoy seeing the results , and also being a trainer i think looking the part along with knowing what your doing is very important, and plus i compete
How I Stay Motivated:
well i have had a trainer for the past 2 years wich was great at keeping me on my toes
BB Accomplishments:
going from 155lbs to 196lbs wich is were im at today, but with the help of my trainer back in dallas Jeff Dwelle.. and winning my weight class at the competition
How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.

Excellent. THAT'S why u got monster quads! :) I'm looking at doing a split for leg day in a couple months. Right now I'm really focused on growing in my upper body that I'm keeping legs all in one day. Have a good one bud. :)
