High protein, high fiber, lower fat.
I stick around 2000 to 2500 calories. Most of my calories come from protein. Turkey, chicken and fish mostly. Usually whole grain breakfast (oatmeal or ham sandwich) greek yogurt. I love unsweetened flax seed almond butter or peanut butter. Most of my fats come from nuts or fish. Large salads are a big part of my diet (I'm very selective on what goes in and on my salad). Love all veggies. I try to mix it up and come up with creative ways to prepare my food so I dont get burned out on it. I pack my lunch everyday and on Sundays I prepare my main entrees for the week. Bananas are my big weakness. I try to limit my fruit to a few pieces a day. I eat at least a cup to two cups of cottage cheese daily also. Usually have a protein drink before bed.

Mental motivation is what I need to keep me going.
My motivation is mostly mental. Looking at old photos of myself. I will never turn back to that lifestyle again. The fact that I feel as if I can do anything. I used to be so scared to do anything because in my mind I would fail. NO LONGER WILL I FAIL!!!
