What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now I would say I am on a clean bulk diet. An average day goes as follows:
7am - 6 eggs (4 whites) + 2 pieces whole grain bread
9am - banana
1030 - protein shake
1200 - grilled chicken and sweet potato
200 - protein shake
330 – turkey burger, broccoli, brown rice
500 – protein shake
700 – chicken, brown rice, spinach
-- workout --

Day 2 - Power Lower

Day 4 - Hypertrophy Chest/Arms
Day 5 - Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back
Day 6 - Hypertrophy Legs/Abs
Day 7 - Off

LOL! Thanks Chris but after 15 years of training I should be stronger than you. The sad thing for me is that you'll over take me in strength very quickly if you keep training.. it's all about testosterone and being a girl I only have it small amounts!! Thank god or I'd look like a guy LOL - melita :)
Thanks man. My diet's actually pretty linient. I just know in my head when to eat junk and when not to (and then I'll work around that). 7-8 meals a day 200 g of fat, 100g carbs, 250g protein
