How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try to stay between 8-10. Trying to build muscle.

I've skipped for 5 weeks, now I am back on full speed and some. I am at 142.4 lbs now and my goal is to lose 21 lbs by Oct 24th. I am doing it healthy way though..:)

how goes kimm- good i hope. i just returned from a 2 week break, i needed that and now i am able to hit the weights more, being i am starting my bulk season. btw i have been sleeping better...wierd huh !!!
