A couple of months ago after sort of giving up on myself, after a roller coaster ride to wanting to compete and taken down a very confusing road. I nervously decided to join my new local gym where Id moved.And started working with another trainer, who knew what id been through training comp wise and knew where I was at when i stepped into the gym, unmotivated, uninspired, feeling defensive, and body wise in a bad way after bulking never getting to cut , going off diet from stress of being let... Kylie0510 created a new BodyBlog entry "bringing back what works!".

Decided tonight to return to logging and blogging my daily efforts as a reminder to myself to keep going and to hopefully motivate myself a bit more each day. After 3-4 month off training just getting back into a routine so I will post photos from here on in. Weak points I would like to work on abs, shoulders, rear delts, lats, and nice strong shaped glutes and as always getting fat off, which seems to of changed this year where it is lays. InnerStrength1 That's awesome! They definitely grow up fast! You still get my vote for the cutest profile pic hahaha! It's been tough go of it since my last surgery back in December but I'm finally released to go back to work after a year and a half so now I'm impatiently waiting to get called back out! My wrist is still getting better today I was able to do bench press on the smith machine for the first time since the injury back in 2010! so things are looking up! :o) Aug 13, 2012 11:16pm

skewiff i've definitely leaned out a fair bit with all the added cardio, and thats without any change in diet (or any real attempts at eating strict). if i choose to really nail my diet down i think i could see some amazing results, so that's the goal after the 12th when i have my 14km run. after that is done i've got 6 weeks to blast the fat and build the strength for the tough mudder and my 30th! it's good to have a solid goal time frame to aim for Aug 1, 2012 11:34pm

skewiff things here are pretty good. i'm doing a 14km run in just under 2 weeks so i've dropped a bit of lifting (sticking to compound moves only so i spend less time in the gym!) so i can fit in more cardio and recovery time. i love lifting so much more than running but it's a sacrifice i can make for 2 weeks ;p after that i've got 6 weeks to keep training for the tough mudder so it's all systems go!
