Jomyra Hi Kyle! Well the kettlebell I picked up came with a 30 min dvd. Target has a set by Bob Harper which comes with a 15 lb kettlebell as well as the dvd on clearance for 13.98 reg price is 44.99. You might wanna suggest she checks a Target store or their website on the other hand I checked youtube today and they also have some pretty good routines on there too! Fit4Life2020 But all in all doing great bro, also learning the importance of rest as well as sleep... Funny right after all this time I knew how important rest was in between muscle groups, but neglected proper sleep from day to day... But currently sitting at 205lbs, and may add 5-10lbs more before cutting down for competition. Also trying to gleen more from here as well...
