How I Started:
I started it as a means to get faster and stronger at MMA. After that i got more serious, and I did and I still do train mostly for strength and athletic performance.
Why I Love It:
It makes me different than the average Joe.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and say "can I do better"?
BB Accomplishments:
I was 5' 11" 145 just over 2 years ago and today I'm at 220 and moving more weight than anyone I know personally.
I would like to bring my lean body mass up to 200.
Goal (Long):
I'm currently at a lean body mass of 192. For now I would like to get my lean body mass up to 200 and my body fat at 6% that will put me at a solid 212. I want to reach this goal within the next couple months.
I make all of my own. I use the knowledge I have to create my own that are specified to my goals. I've also made some for my friends who are into lifting.
yea i'm dieting for the npc nc state in april i'm on dave palumbos zero carb diet and it sucks cause i'm on day 3 and look flat as hell waiting for the rebound when my body adjusts so i can look full again.
