How I Started: I started lifting in Dec'06 to get in shape for a study abroad in Thailand... it just kinda stuck with me after that
Why I Love It: I love the idea of pushing the mind and body to their limits, I mean really going the distance. Life is limited, and I want to know what I'm truly capable of in the short time I have here.

Yeah bro, I'm getting about 1000 calories more than you haha I started the cut phase today and dropped down to 2300 though. I feel surprisingly energetic for a 1000 calorie deficit. Also my lifts are still increasing! I would definitely up the calories if your lifts continue to deteriorate though. It sounds like you have a fast metabolism.
