I always played sports and was a very good athlete, but my mom actually got my brother and I a membership when I was a junior in High School.
Why I Love It:
I remembering looking at one particular guy that would always come to the gym with his shirt off and drove a jeep.. lets just say he always had a girl with him and I always wanted to be on the cover of Mens Health one day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Anything physical and you can count on me at least trying it once... if I suck at it I will do it until I get it!!! Never loose focus...!
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding or I would rather say "body sculpting" has taken me into the world of pursueing my dream of being a fitness model one day.

It all began when I started going to a place called Asylum Fitness, I was 16 and I had no idea what a dumbell or the meaning "set" or "rep" meant. I started buying Mens Health magazine to see what the guys in there were doing for workouts and I learned from thier. No one ever told me the wrong way or the right way to lift a weight.... I taught myself. I looked at the guys in Mens Health like they were gods and that if I looked like that then I would ultimately become a immortal like them. I have had my ups and downs in life. Partying, peer pressure, the militarys hard work and little rest... you name it I have done it... until the last year of my life I have decided to make a life long goal.. to not only be on the cover of Mens Health one day but to also help each and every person with health or fitness that comes into my life. It takes alot people but with time and the right mindset you can acheive anything.... I am currently at 6 ft. tall 178 pounds and very lean.. however my bodyfat is always around 10% so my goal for right now is to get my weight up to a solid 185 or 190 and be around 5 or 6% bodyfat all year round!!! Wish me luck.. any advice I would love to here from you.. or if you have anything you would like to ask me just let me know... :)

No way bro u used to look like me? For real? Cool that means there's hope for me then. Well I am eatting a lot more as of the past couple of weeks, I have been aiming at getting 3000 clas, but getting around 3059. I am trying to up it, I want to get to about 3800. I am eatting clean to, as that is better for you. Just wondering tho dude, I play soccer once a week, which is basically cardio, is that aight? How about getting your body fat lower? Did that happen as you built muscle?
