When I Started:
2004
How I Started:
I started with Body-for-LIFE in 2004. I couldn't keep up with my son and felt sick all the time. I would love to compete one day if it is in the cards for me. For now I am just enjoying being healthier and playing games with my boy.
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy and keeps my attitude positive. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment during the day. The progress shows me how consistent work can pay off in life and I try to use that to help others see that they can make their own lives better in whatever endeavor they choose.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I improve myself, I have more to offer others in their needs and more ability to help them. If improving my life only benefited me then it would be a shallow improvement, with no effect on the world.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not an accomplished bodybuilder of any sort. I just want my kid to understand the importance of being healthy and in shape. He loves being in the garage when I workout. I guess that would be my greatest accomplishment in bodybuilding. That's good enough for me.

This was taken in June of 2003. Talk about awful genetics, huh. I needed to change. I was about 150 lbs. and 20% body fat.
My last picture was from 2006 so I thought I better put up something more recent. I am a little bigger than the 06 pict but I am also a little smoother. I want to put on 10 more pounds before cutting up. This will probably take a while for me.

Goal (Long):
I was always the little guy growing up and I still am today. I am trying to do what I can to change that in the healthiest way possible; eating clean, working hard, and staying away from drugs. I started in 2003 at 150 lbs at 20% BF. Curently I am at 184 lbs and 12% BF. My goal is to be about 195 lbs and 6 % BF.
Then u can consider ur weekk as a cheat week (lol)... I'm doing good, I've been hitting the gym very hard. feeling a little bit sore..Thx and keep in touch!!

Thanks, I appreciate it. You look great, I too have son and he tries to keep up with me. He is catching up though I still have the edge. It can't last forever, LOL!
