Workout Program:
I Work out 5 days a week with 3 days cardio. My days break down in to Chest/Tri's, Shoulders/traps, Back/Biceps, Legs/Calves, and every tuesday and thursday i do abs, Now they i rotate these is what i started with on a monday i repeat on friday And legs Are always on thursdays. And i rotate All upper Body starting with some new every monday. I like the progress Ive seen with it But if anyone has any pointers im always open to advice, Especially A Good Ab Workout.
