How I Started:
High school football and powerlifting, Then that all ended my senior when i injured my knee and was rehabilitating it for 10 months. My knee injury dashed my dreams of playing college ball, so i will prove to myself someday i can play again, and that someday is soon.
Why I Love It:
Because its the only thing in my life that has never bullshitted with me the plates never lie never let you down and the more you hate it the more it loves you the harder u push the harder it pushes back and the if the worst day of my life is spent in the gym then i must be doin alright. The plates have changed me, ppl have changed, This journey called life has changed me, But the weights never change they stay the same its the only constant i have!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well Ive been so busy with work and school And the many hobbies I have lately its been tough but ive made a vow to myself to not stop this time till im to 210, So im working on getting There, But all in due time

Goal (Long):
Well it started after i graduated from high school cuz i would go to the gym at school everyday after school. My Powerlifting Coach Pushed me alot to to be better then the rest and so finally when i was done with school i stopped working out for the summer and just never got back into it till recently and i packed on about 50 lbs in that and i was just embarresed so i would like to get back to the physique i used to be in my jr./sr. yr in h.s.
So now that 2009 is rolling and things are goin good again i figured id update..... So for that past 16 days now i have been taking creatine-monohydrate to gain a few lbs back like i used to in high school but to my surprise i have gained no water weight back increased my strength and...
I Work out 5 days a week with 3 days cardio. My days break down in to Chest/Tri's, Shoulders/traps, Back/Biceps, Legs/Calves, and every tuesday and thursday i do abs, Now they i rotate these is what i started with on a monday i repeat on friday And legs Are always on thursdays. And i rotate...
