How I Started:
I went on a crash diet and lost 77lbs and 8% body fat. After starting to feel a little more human i decided to start chasing my dreams of being a mixed martial arts fighter.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because of the pain of the goal, the strength and pump that almost high feeling you get while your working your muscles to the max.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have pictures of some of my favorite atheletes hanging around my weights, As well as a picture of me back when i was 220+ lbs of blubber mass.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a complete pile of blubber to somewhat of a solid figure. and can actually see muscle on the outside.

Well its time, i have to go at this full force, ive been spending alot of time in the pool, got my 1500 yard time down to 35 minutes.. Got my push ups my sit ups right where i need to be, my run times and my pullups are still killing me, so im gonna bust my ass and hopefully not overtrain...
