Background

When I Started: Feb 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I went on a crash diet and lost 77lbs and 8% body fat. After starting to feel a little more human i decided to make it part of my everyday life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love to work out because of the pain of the goal, the strength and pump that almost high feeling you get while your working your muscles to the max.

Going full force

 Well its time, i have to go at this full force, ive been spending alot of time in the pool, got my 1500 yard time down to 35 minutes.. Got my push ups my sit ups right where i need  to be, my run times and my pullups are still killing me, so im gonna bust my ass and hopefully not overtrain but make my times where they need to be..

 Well my motivation was there heavy but i havnt trained a day in 6 months, ive put on 20lbs and lost a lil mass to me, but im back now i have 6 months turn myself back into a lean muscle machine. I finally got my acceptance into the US. navy SEALs program so ill need to get into shape decently fast.
