I started out because i play rugby, so as i play storts you want to be in shape when i wasnt. I was 259lbs over weight and i had to lose it. So I went to the local gym and their i learned about Supplements, after i learned about fat burners i went from 259 lbs to 175 lbs in 2-3 months
Why I Love It:
Well now my game in rugby has gone up and i have played professional rugby and i also look good so i feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at other body builders male and female and i wish to either be in a relationship with a woman who shares the same interests as me and we can go on diets and share the same foods. and with the guys i wish to look as or better so i have a target to achieve and i WILL achieve it 'no pain no gain' guys and girls you remember that if your reading this.
BB Accomplishments:
well to me the proudest thing is going from 259lbs, 44 inch waist of fat to 175 lbs 32 inch waist and now ive been taking protein supplements and fat burners over the past 3 years and im at a 36 inch waist and 238 lbs (when i last weighted myself 3 weeks ago.

hey kyle! training is going really well actually.. im taking FULL advantage of my recovery week b4 i start my 6 week 'building' phase.. :) i've got a 75 mile bike race on may 18th and a practice tri june 15th, both in prep for my big tri july 6th :) how's training for rugby going?? :)
Wow. Incredible! You look great. My training has been going well. Intensity!!! Thats me. Trying to lean out a little more.. want to look impeccable for the summer
i tried that but didn't notice a huge boost in energy.. i've since been using gaspari's super pump 250 w/ a noticable increase.. but then i know many guys the NOxplode has worked for.. so good luck :) let me know
Nah, right now is slow until I get the ok from my surgeon at the end of the month. Its frustrating, but only 15 more days and I should get the ok to start running again! How is your training going?
where do i start?? i want to get faster with my swimming..complete a running race, a sprint triathlon and olympic distance tri..find a new racing bike..keep training hard even when my time with my trainer is up.. all ultimately to build up to the 1/2 ironman tri in july..THEN, i want to continue to compete in tri's and be a solid athlete.. that's not too much, is it??
