Basic Supplementary Diet CONTINUES.....
My Diet consist of :
(Monday - Friday)
-Vegetables
-Fiber (Whole-meal Bread & Oats)
-Rice (Small bowl/portion only in the afternoons)
-Protein (Lean Meat : Chicken, Fish, Eggs or Other Lean Meat)
-Fruits & Juices
-Low Fat Milk & Yougurt Drink
Morning:
-Quaker Oats (with fruits) 1 Bowl
-Eggs (2 without the yolk)
Afternoon:
-Small bowl of rice
-Vegetables (Consume more)
-Small portion meat
-Fruits (Consume more)
Evening:
-Whole-meal Bread or Capatis
-Vegetables (Consume more)
-Small Portion Meat
-Fruits (Consume More)
Before Bed:
-A glass of Low Fat Milk
Saturday & Sunday = Consume Anything You Encrave!!! No Worries!!! In-order your body to enjoy and so that it would not get yourself frustrated with the diet and will give you a boost to stay on in your diet plan!!!

Nitro-Tech & Lipo Ultra (60 capsules)
Started of 2013 with a bang!!! After a year run with Bodybuilding.com motivation!!! As to that, had a resolution to start a plan and execute them successfully... The Kris Gethin Plan.
As for my supplement regime, I have added whey protein (Nitro Tech Hardcore) to increase my strength and endurance to push and pump more in-order to shread and get built.
Fat burner supplement is still used ever in my plan, as i am heavy built and it takes time for me to shread my fats off my body. I saw half of my fats shreaded off in 2012 and hoping it goes on well 2013!

As 6 months of 1st phrase just passed i am into my second phrase now... by shredding off the unwanted BF and replacing them with muscles not forgetting strength into myself. Let's see how it goes from here on....
****Currently I Have Stopped Consuming Lipo 6 Black for the next 3 months or more to recuperate my body****
From the advise from my doctor, he told me its fine to start with Muscle Tech Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite!!!
So i using it to give me a turbo-charged for my transformation to hit my weights down to 85-80 kg's before i can resume further in my transformation!!!!

Besides Cardio, Gym & Diet, i am using fat burner into my program to assist me burn fat.
LIPO 6 Black 240 capsules:
- Upon waking up in the morning, i will take (2 capsules)
- 45 mins-2 hours before my cardio or gym sessions, i will take (2 capsules)
**I DON'T CONSUME FAT BURNERS DURING MY OFF DAYS OR WHILE I AM NOT WORKING OUT. BESIDES THAT I DON'T CONSUME MORE 6 CAPSULES IN A DAY.**
