I started to work out at 13 but was never too serious. just wanted to get fit. Now its almost an obsession.
Why I Love It:
I Love to feel the burn and test myself to get stronger. I love seeing the muscle definition and i wanna prove all of those people wrong who say i wont be able to go pro one day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch the other bodybuilding greats of the past and i picture myself there one day in the future...
I need help and advise with my diet. I got the training back on track but now i need to restart the dieting.
Goal (Long):
Just really to lose some extra lbs and add some definition to my body. I have mass but need to lose the fat. It came back a bit but i need to burn it all off.

sup bro i just had a quick question.. my nutrition teacher bagged on athletes/bodybuilders for eating too much protein that is not necessarry.. she says its hazardous to our health and very dangerous lol... pissed me off really cus shes so damn biased about everything.. makes bodybuilders sound retarded.. i hate her lol.. but is this tru have u heard anything about it?? how much protein do u eat according to ur bodyweight? help a brotha out!

lol watsup bro good to hear from u. yea im goin thru sum tuff midterms now, but good thing ur done or almost done! as for shredding im doing a workout from FLEX magazine. its pretty good. workouts start heavy month, then heavy/light, then more towards lighter with only 30 sec rest for last2 months. n HIIT after everyworkout. diet wise, just cut carbs. its real tough but its working! what do you plan/want to do?

hey bro good to hear ur taking time to heal up. dude i actually pulled my chest muscle too not that long ago. took me about 3 or 4 weeks to heal up but im still not even 100% yet.. did u get injured or what?
Exactly preacher curls hurt me to. I don't do them anymore. When I did them my wrists moved to much causing the pain. Find the excercises that cause the east pain and stick withh those for awhile.
