I was always a small kid. When I was 15 my parents took me to the local gym to help me try and get bigger for football.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of achievement you get when you break a personal record. There is no shit talk, no politics, you can either lift the weight or you can't.

Thanks a lot. Muscle memory is a great thing. I am at 12.6% body fat, but have to make it to 5%, that is a lot of weight left to loose.

It hasn't fully healed but it doesn't seem to be holding me back. I was off for 4 months, and that is long enough. I have taken a few excercises out of my routine. Nonetheless it is actually feeling better now that I am back, Go figure.

Wait until you see the progress pics. I am making huge headway already and Feb 1st pics will look great. And each month will look better. never again!
