How I Started:
I was always a small kid. When I was 15 my parents took me to the local gym to help me try and get bigger for football.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of achievement you get when you break a personal record. There is no shit talk, no politics, you can either lift the weight or you can't.

It hasn't fully healed but it doesn't seem to be holding me back. I was off for 4 months, and that is long enough. I have taken a few excercises out of my routine. Nonetheless it is actually feeling better now that I am back, Go figure.
