Continued motivation eventually will turn into dedication. There is always a goal and with that it keeps me driven to succeed.

Today was the last day of my Dymatize 100k challenge. The challenge gave me a goal everyday to live up to. It really helped keep me dedicated and motivated in the gym and then kitchen. I enjoyed pushing myself and burning through the gym with intensity and determination. I had a lot of support which also played a key role in keeping me on track.
