Friends I met when I was 25 who lifted back in high school encouraged me so I started (cold turkey)
Why I Love It:
Too look my best as I age while everyone else starts looking their worst.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always living on a beach community and seeing waaaaay too many beached Manatees and Whales also known as People who are Lean Challenged (to be politically correct) I don't want to be one. Also, at 47 years old, I still have a strong libido and am very active with "shallow" requirements of my women I am with. BTW. What the hell does "being shallow" mean? LOL We all swim at different depths of the pool.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting my fat ass there to the gym. Never giving up. Am I getting close?

Goal (Long):
My short term goal (Jan 1 2010) I want to reach 15% body fat even though I have 10 pounds of muscle to gain and 15 pounds of fat to lose. I am willing to give my best to reach less than 10% body fat by 2010 year end by regulating diet and weight training. I am finishing 2009 with low reps (6, 8, 10) to gain muscle, keeping off the cardio and keeping my carbs low, protein high.
