Workout Program:
My work out program consists mostly out of abdominals, arms, and legs. (Yes I know I should have some chest in there too. But I'll get to that in a moment) Everyday I go on my tred and do four sets of ten minutes. Why ten you ask? Well it's very simple. run for at least 6 miles per hour for about 4 minutes then switch to 7 four another 4. And finally leave it at 8 miles for the last two. This will make you drop fat like no tomorrow. Next I like to take two thirty pounders and play around with those for about ten sets of 20. Now as for chest. I take the two thirty's and curl them a special way. So that each ends up at the middle of my chest. This way I can work on both arms and chest as the same time. Then I'll move on to some shadow boxing in intense heat for about 4 songs on my ipod. After that i'll take some whey and rest for a bit before hitting the punching bag and benching 50 pounds for about two minutes straight (none stop -.-) and then move onto 70 for a minute straight. Then I will rest and move onto 120 on bench for about 10 sets of ten. And that is my workout schedule at the moment. I know i'm being lazy since it's not wrestling season >> But hey, cut a guy some slack. I'm going for mass at the moment.
