Why I Love It:
Seeing my banana thighs and belles on my hips get leaner! Feeling the flatter stomach in the morning! Getting into smaller clothes! Getting compliments from my love!
How I Stay Motivated:
"Scans" from people I don't know and especially the "scans" from those I know and love!
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to identify "WHY?" I sometimes eat without being hungry and active prevention of those situations!

You're welcome. I'm trying to eat clean. My work outs are great, but not a lot of progess because of my eating habbits. That's really impressive that you lost 100 lbs before! You can do it again, don't get frustrated. Well, I'll always be here to help motivate you. I can tell you're an awesome person and you will achieve your goal. Actually, I've had a setback for about a month now. I pulled my quad muscle and it's still not healed all the way.
