How I Started:
I was in the weightlifting class in high school. One of my best friends was enrolled in the same class. He and I were about the same height, weight and strength.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me out of trouble.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting compliments. I feed off of my modesty and strive to do better.
Gotcha. It looks like you are well on your way to 195. I'm using the weight goals as mile markers, sort of. I'm actually focused more on a specific look & proportions. I would really like to balance my upper body out with my lower body. So, the weight goals aren't the main goals, just something to use for progress... When do you get back to the states?
Yeah man, I debated doing a full out bulk. Finally decided to continue with the slow but steady lean mass gain. I am aiming to see 170-175 by the new year. My issue is the food. I get sick of forcefeeding myself. LOL. Comes with the territory, I guess. What about you? What's your next goal?
