What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Nothing in particular. If I want to reach a specific goal, I usually try to visualize it.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a log with me. It's the best way to track the progress.
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The person who obviously doesn't know anything but gives advice to more experienced people.
