Lifting some weights and running

It gives me a sense of accomplishment, and I dont feel embarassed no more when I go to the pool with my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a progress notebook and I am basically at war with myself trying to beat my last enter. It doesn't hurt when my son calls me the Hulk either.

All fat and bones no muscle what so ever!!
I lost alot of weight just cutting sugar and fried foods. I want to add mountains of muscle to this frame.
