So i posted it a little while ago about making it to the 1,000lbs club and tonight i made it! I manage a 275 bench, 425 dead and a 310 squat! Totally 1,010lbs so I even have a little room. I was suprized that i made it so quickly, I didnt realize how close i was to it i guess. Now i will just...

Its been awhile how are u? I just put up progress pics (more up on 10/10) a new thread post and blog entry. my posture is way off because my legs are still weak and in the middle of rehab that will come in time . let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or gmail me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier
