its been alright man.. i really have nothing to compare it to, but i def feel more focused and better pumps while im wrking out. Still not sure if its worth buying again tho...
Thanks for the add! You got to just go for it, bodybulding is about doing the best YOU can do. Not about size all the time, just got to get your feet wet, once you know what your up against makes it easier to train for it.
