How I Started: I was very Shy in High School, and started working out, it was an outlet i could escape in. I wasn't happy with how I looked, so I stopped feeling sorry for myself, and decided to do something about it!
Why I Love It: Its an amazing feeling knowing i can manipulate, and transform my body. The Discipline it takes to achieve is unbelievable! It's a High i can't begin to explain!
How I Stay Motivated: Looking in the mirror every morning the Lord gives me!Knowing that someone else isn't taking off. Never being SATISFIED FOR MEDIOCRACY!

Its been a pretty frustrating week, On Tuesday i tweaked my rotator while doing some incline dumbell chest presses ( don't ask me how, i have no idea lol ). At that point I thought ok i'll take a few days and give it some rest. The next day it was pretty sore, so I took another...
