I was the oldest one in my BMT class but still graduated with honors and missed the top fitness goal by 16 seconds on my run.
Why I Love It:
Feeling better than I have since I was 18.
How I Stay Motivated:
Give my daughter and son someone to look up to and my parents so they know that I will not have the same health issues that they have.
