I was over weight in my teens and bullied cause of that. I lost weight when I was 16 since leaving school which is a great goal for myself, but now I have gained a little back on. So I want to lean up and my goal is to get to at least 10% body fat and build a lean muscular physic, through small steps at first. My current body fat around 27% and I'm joining this site for support and for a focus to keep going from fellow people who have similar goals. All my life I Have wanted to have a lean muscular body, and theres not time like the present!!!
well....after 2 months off the gym due to home cercumstances, today has been my 1st day back at the gym. I'm starting a plan and keeping to it and now hoping to cut down and to get back into weight training....I have missed it so much. Glad I have made the move today to get back.
hey thanks alot for the kind words. i need that right now hurt my chest and havent been able to do much and its killing me. cant wait to get back to the gym
Thanks for the comments fella, I was reading a bit of your profile and like someone else said use your past to drive you on. You need to get that little bit obsessed I feel to achieve your goals, I certainly am. Keep everyone updated on your progress and good luck!
