Overall Goal: I want to compete in Fitness Competitions. I want to be able to see my ab's (I can feel them, but I cant see them) and get down to about 13-15% body fat by September 1,2008!

I've been in the fitness business for the past four years, and have wanted to compete for the last 6 months. But not until recently did I really start looking into everything. I am a group fitness instructor, I teach about 12- 15 classes a week right now, but I'm giving it my fullest. Also I a not a fan of cardio so I avoid it at all cost! But I have finally decided it's time to get serious!
Why I Love It:
I love working out, it's a HUGE stress reliever for me. Whenever I'm stressed I hit the weight rack or my pilates mat. I love the way my body feels after a workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being able to button my "skinny" jeans, (which lately I haven't been able to :-(
Also just the fact of my health and keeping my joints moving. I suffer from really bad joint pain, so when I dont work out my body feels it!
BB Accomplishments:
My main goal to accomplish is my stomach. Growing up I was a really heavy kid, so my stomach is not great to start with. I just cant get rid of that stupid "pooch" no matter what I do it seems like! Overall, my upper body gets in shape easily, its my hips that I really have to watch!
