When I Started: 2003
How I Started: I graduated HS at 6' 2" and 155 pounds. I had some muscle, and some is an understatement, but it was only on my calves. I've lifted on and off for sometime. I did a 12 week whole body plan back in August and enjoyed it. I saw great results and even gained some muscle tone. Now I want to take it o the next level. Reduce my body fat to 10 percent and increase my lean muscle mass. I don't care about how much I weight, as long as it looks good and I feel good at that weight.
Why I Love It: I enjoy the feeling of self confidence that I get. I love watching, what muscle I do have, my muscles grow and move with each exercise.
How I Stay Motivated: I read a lot of magazine and reading on BB.com is a definate motivator. Doing it for myself, my family are the primary motivations. See the results and changes are the other.
BB Accomplishments: None so far. I would like to do a BB competition sometime this year or early next year. I am thinking about doing the Red River Classic in Norman, OK; October 20th. We'll see!

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Currently measuring in at 21% body fat. I'd like to get down to 10 % body fat and if I can maintain my weight at around 190 pounds, instead of the 203 I have now.
Goal (Long): I want to get down to 190 with a low body fat, so that my clothes fit good and comfortable. I want to be able to keep up with my kids as they keep me going. I want to have nice abs that I can show off for my wife. I want to live long and healthy for me, my wife and kids. :-)
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Thanks Krudog, Being a trainer it's gets very difficult to train yourself at times, and I do ignore the legs. They will come before summer.

Yes, I do have 2 shows coming up in March. I am starting to get a little nervous, exited and pumped all at the same time. One is a National qualifier and the other is a Team Universe Qualifier. Pretty big shows. We will see what happens. Thanks for the comment and best of luck to you with that 10% BF. consistency of diet and training is the key.

The articles and exercise pages on this site have great content. They are a bit busy/confusing looking but once you find it, it's awesome. And other people here are really helpful and you can read what they do. Let me know when you get your pics up!
