There is one thing that has kept me motivated, and that is the people who told me i dont have the genetics to be big, or the people that have said i cant do it. Well I am, the only thing i need to get straight now is my eating habits.

Yea that 315 squat I have up there is box...not regular.I'm only hittin about 260 regular
