How I Started:
First time I read Oxygen magazine I was hooked! I've always liked to work out anyway, but that gave me more motivation.
Why I Love It:
I feel stronger and more energetic. I look a hundred percent better too when I do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to challenge and compete with myself to motivate me. I absolutely love the feel of a great workout regardless. I'm sooo addicted to adrenaline I most of the time will have to stop myself so I don't overdo it. lol

Goal (Long):
I want to lose all the baby weight after I have my son. Plus some. And stay consistent with my workouts for the rest of my life. Also become a certified fitness trainer.

I enjoyed myself at the show and was proud to step on that stage. I have improved a lot on everything since my first show and have a love for this sport! I love the challenge :) I already am back in the gym since today. Taking it easy though this week and taking off next week.

Seriously though, the jumproping will work the calves real good. Do 10 3 minute intervals (with 30 seconds rest in between each 3 mins) and tell me how you feel the next day. Just try it ;)
Hi there, i was thinking they are a bit scrawny. THey are getting better though, i know jump roping is helping with them and doing barbell calve raises with heavy weight. I did 50 reps toes pointed straight, rest for about 1 min and then 50 more reps with toes pointed out. It will burn, but its so worth it!
