How I Started:
First time I read Oxygen magazine I was hooked! I've always liked to work out anyway, but that gave me more motivation.
Why I Love It:
I feel stronger and more energetic. It helps me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to challenge and compete with myself to motivate me. I absolutely love the feel of a great workout regardless. I'm sooo addicted to adrenaline I most of the time will have to stop myself so I don't overdo it. lol

Goal (Long):
I want to get down to my high school weight of 130lb! And stay consistent with my workouts for the rest of my life. Also become a certified fitness trainer.
Why I like this video: Cuz it's THE Arnold! He is the bomb! He is my all time favorite bodybuilder. He can do it all. Even act and be the Governor. How much more can he do? lol
Plus this video gets my adrenaline going ;-)
Well I'm now at 160 lb. after the holidays are all said and done. I have a new goal to get down to 130 lb. by March 25th 09. I'm just a little discouraged though since no one i know, but myself really gives a crap if I reach my goal or not... My husband's schedule has changed also to night shift...
I just want to eat clean without every one telling me their imput! OK,sorry I'm venting! I ate good all day until DH brought home pizza!Says "MOM said,you can," I am frustrated!
you ever heard of carbohydrate addicts diet? Fam is pressuring me to "eat more normal", ma-inlaw is doing this diet;says that you can eat anything you want for 1 hour each day as long as you do not eat carbs for the first 2 meals.I don't like this gimmicky stuff but was just wondering if you knew any thing about it, She is always telling a new diet I should do with her!
lol well back on track this week for us both!!! So far today i'v had backed Chicken but haven't had a chance to workout! I am cleaning top to bottom b/c we have "Indian meal moths"!These little bugs lay eggs in your oatmeal,grits,flower, ect. at the store! then hatch in yr house! hve to gt rid of all grains, clean pantry, and steam clean evry thing, no posin will killem just starving em and heat..this is one way to go low carb lol!
good point about not using the excuse I eat good at home! Hey how bout this... Me and u keep each other accountable, we could "confess our faults one to another." I know if i have to tell what i ate i will be less likely to "cheat"! As i just ate a hand full of Chips!
Great glad your doing well, I am do better with my diet also.... that being said, it is Friday I hope I can still say "i am doing good" tomorrow!! LOL Friday night is "date Night" for hubby and I and his idea of a good date is good food, icecream, and a movie of course! But, I'm stick-in to my guns I'm trying to not cheat for 2 weeks... Consistency is my goal!!
Hey girl, love your profile pic..looking great! I've been at a stand still for awhile so I am looking to shake things up starting this week..hitting the weights again..i took a break from them, but I need them like air I think! lol
I love the fact that God is a warrior and he put this warrior spirit in his Daughters too! We are made in his image and his likeness! Sin is what weakens us... it keeps US from comming to Him to access all His power and strength! ( remember Adam and Eve Hid from God in their sin, God did not hide from them! He called for them! Have a great work out!
God always prevails and remember He cares about what you care about! He put that "FIGHT" in your heart it is just up to you to decied wheater to do it in you own strength or allow Him to give you His! Thanks of the add!!
