Workout Program:
Ok i wanna do everything natural, because i belive that's the best way to do it.
I've already started with eating right, food with not alot of fat, no sugar, good carbohydrates.
Now im studying full time, so im going to the gym everyday after school.
When im at the gym i start running till i get tierd and that would be maybe 15 minutes, then i keep doing cardio for 30-45 minutes. When im done with the cardio i work out my arms and back as in ass, i dont know for how long i do it i guess till i get really tierd, later on i do exercises for the belly after that i strech, i would say i spend almost 2 hours in the gym everyday.
