I've been working out alot before the begining of 2007 i stopped later on during the summer because i felt satisfied and i did the biggest mistake started eating everything and didnt go back to the gym. Now i really wanna start again because i feel like it's time for it, what makes me start is nothing special myself. Im trying to find motivation so that's why i signed up here. Alot people here have already motivated me.
P.S The only body picture i have is the on i use on my profile, i can't say it's a good one,my digital camera broke not long ago, i could take pictures with my cellphone till i get a new digital camera, but i'll keep updating.
Why I Love It:
I can't say that i love working out yet, but as fast as i come into that rutin i know i'll love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well that's what im trying to find out, now im trying to do the usual thing take a picture of my body and then put it next to someones body i would like to have, so far it's working.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont wanna have alot of muscels i just wanna lose fat and have those " women muscles". So i guess that would be it.

Lose 10 kilos, i guess that would be 23 pounds. I don't know how much body fat i have right now so i can't say how much body fat i want to lose, i will keep updating
I havent been online for a while now, but today i finally took new pictures. I havent reached my goals yet but im still on my way. I need to keep workin on the belly and my arms. I don't know my weight im not so obsessed by knowing that as long as i look good when i stand infront of the mirror...
Ok i wanna do everything natural, because i belive that's the best way to do it.
I've already started with eating right, food with not alot of fat, no sugar, good carbohydrates.
Now im studying full time, so im going to the gym everyday after school.

I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.
Oh poor Kristina, is sicky?? I know, you shouldn't traing, when you sick, your body is really weak at that point.

Training is going good. Just got my supplements for the first half of the summer, so once finals are over, I'll be right back in the gym hard. What about yours???
