ITS 2009 NOW, and i've been lazy, never really found the right method. Tried a bunch it didn't work out. Now im doing it again and im not doing as i did before so it's going alot better. I just need to get my routine!
Why I Love It:
I do like working out, but not all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Good question....

Lose all the fat around my belly and arms, when i reached that goal i think i just want to continue working out to keep my belly fit.

My morning started out pretty good. I woke up at 9 and decided to go out and powerwalk.
I have this park close to where i live i usually dont walk there but today i decided to walk there. Its a huge park, after powerwalking for 40 min i decided to walk back home but i couldnt find my way...

Ok i wanna do everything natural, because i belive that's the best way to do it.

That is true. you really can't mix carbs with fat or protein too much which is why i add very few to my diet. Only if i need an absolute fix to keep me from losing my mind i will buy some grapes. But if its working don't change it.
