How I Started:
ITS 2009 NOW, and i've been lazy, never really found the right method. Tried a bunch it didn't work out.
Now im doing it again and im not doing as i did before so it's going alot better. I just need to get my routine!
Why I Love It:
I do like working out, but not all the time.

My morning started out pretty good. I woke up at 9 and decided to go out and powerwalk.
I have this park close to where i live i usually dont walk there but today i decided to walk there. Its a huge park, after powerwalking for 40 min i decided to walk back home but i couldnt find my way...
Ok i wanna do everything natural, because i belive that's the best way to do it.
I've already started with eating right, food with not alot of fat, no sugar, good carbohydrates.
Now im studying full time, so im going to the gym everyday after school.

That is true. you really can't mix carbs with fat or protein too much which is why i add very few to my diet. Only if i need an absolute fix to keep me from losing my mind i will buy some grapes. But if its working don't change it.
I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.
Oh poor Kristina, is sicky?? I know, you shouldn't traing, when you sick, your body is really weak at that point.

Training is going good. Just got my supplements for the first half of the summer, so once finals are over, I'll be right back in the gym hard. What about yours???
