I had three kids and I was tired of not having the body I wanted. So I sucked it up lost 40 lbs and started to lift weight!

Ran 10 min of HIIT
Walked on incline of 6.0 for 20 min
Wide angle out leg squats holding 40lbs dumbell in center 7 sets of 15
ten more Hiit
Ten min stair stepper level 11 (5 forward, % backwards)
12 min on bike.
glutes kickbacks
10 min on staairstepper (same as above)

They have a scrunch butt bottom that you can buy seperately right now. It doesn't tie on the side but it's still cute and comes in a bunch of diff solid colors. If you ever find any good places to buy them, let me know!

Thank you! I get my scrunch butt swimsuits from flirtcatalog.com. I bought a ton of them last year but I just got my boobs done in March and now none of the tops fit :(
