Hi, Bruce. Thanks for the nice comment. I'm feeling better, but not totally. I have scoliosis, an SI joint problem, my hips are turned out too much, I'm bowlegged, and one hip is higher than the other plus I have an old muscle injury that doesn't seem to heal completely, lmao, so I may never totally avoid problems with my back. It's discouraging, because as soon as I start to really get results weightlifting I have to stop because of some back problem.
How's your gout?

I have ADHD, too...and sometimes PMS and ADHD. PMS seems to make the ADHD worse. It should almost be a disability. Who knows, though, now that I'm eating better maybe the PMS won't be as bad. I can only hope.
