I broke my leg in August of 2006. I lost 12 pounds without trying. I decided I may as well lose more weight. I've now lost about 75 pounds, am eating healthier, and am exercising regularly. I'm now starting to gain weight but I think it's mostly muscle.
Why I Love It:
I like feeling healthy, strong and in shape. I've grown to need that. Pretty surprising from someone who used to HATE working out. Now if I don't work out I feel like crap and that's no way to feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Feeling good, looking good, and feeling strong motivate me to continue working out.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm new to the arena of body building.

Gout is gone. I plan on getting back to leg work next week. Legs have become my 2nd priority after abs. It's only been a few weeks but I feel I've lost a lot of progress. It's all in my head I guess. I hope you can get some time to train without pain. My heart goes out to you and everyone in pain.
